Welcome Vendors

All vendors must fill out a registration form.  

Please download the application  at the bottoms of this page

You will need to send your application to 

polynesiandaysinfo@gmail.com

Once you have filled out your form you will need to send your payment to our Venmo account @malauproductions. We also take credit card payments with a 3.75% per transaction fee. Venmo also has a transaction fee of 1.9% +.10 per transaction.

Credit cards can be taken over the phone with a fee. 

We do not take checks. Sorry for the inconvenience.
